I can't say enough about the care and compassion that Rich Gausselin and Trusted Cremations showed my family when we lost someone very dear to us. She was like a second mother to me, and watching this team support her husband — and our whole family — through one of the hardest moments of our lives meant more than words can express.

From hospice guidance through body removal and cremation, they walked him through every step with patience, kindness, and genuine warmth. What stood out most was how much extra time and attention they gave her husband after she passed — they never made him feel rushed, and they treated her with complete dignity throughout.

Not really a great topic to post a review about, but in the hardest of times for the family I can not say how grateful we were to find Rich. His compassion for our family,  promptness and attention to detail were all outstanding. He was always there personally to answer all of our questions throughout the process. When my father recently passed, we were completely unprepared for the arrangements that needed to be made. It was late and the facility he was in told me I had 4 hours to have him picked up. They gave me a phone number to a funeral home. They picked him up and I was shocked when I heard the cost. For less than half the cost of the funeral home, Rich took over my father's care. He made the proper arrangements to transfer care and helped me with the fee I was being charged for the transfer. He came to my home to go over the process in detail. He then brought my father's ashes to me at home less than a week after he passed. He even arranged for a separate small container of ashes that I could send to my brother out of state. He brought him home in a wooden box (most places do plastic unless you pay more). He shook hands with my teenage sons showing them the same respect as you would the paying customer. He called me with any updates on where we were in the process. He was kind, compassionate, accommodating, and so easy to talk to! Although I hope to never have to use his services again, I would recommend him to anyone in need of cremation services. My Uncle passed away unexpectedly. We contacted numerous locations to have him cremated. We were overwhelmed and just needed someone to be more than just a service. Rich was this for my Mother and I. He made a difficult process less stressful and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. He personally delivered my Uncle's ashes to my Mother today, less than 3 days. I cannot thank you enough Rich, times like this compassion and caring are needed in this world and you my friend are exactly who we needed in this difficult time. Thank you again.
